RC Single Pipeline Marine Loading Arm

 

This is a typical rotary counterweight marine loading arm. All of the vertical load and overturn moment should be supported by the base riser and supporting device to make the pipeline and the swivel joints free in theory.

It can be maneuvered neatly by hydraulic cylinder in three directions, and the balance system consist of a pantograph for transmitting balancing loads from the outboard arm to the secondary counterweight

RC Double Pipeline Marine Loading Arm

 

It incorporates a vapor line to carry the return vapor to the outlet flange. Others are same as the single pipeline arm. It is mainly used to transit the LPG and ammonia and some dangerous media.

Mobile Marine Loading Arm

 

This type of loading arm consists of two parts: the marine loading arm connected with vessel and the land loading arm connected with the local pipeline. It can make the loading arm work movably in order to ensure all loading facilities can leave the site timely after loading or unloading. Therefore, enough space can be saved to do other work; all the power used to operate the loading arm is supplied by the vehicle. There is a remote controller, so the loading arm can be connected or disconnected with vessel or site pipeline easily.

Bottom Loading Arm

This is the basic loading arm with vapor return. It incorporates a liquid compatible hose to carry vapors back to the outlet flange. It can often be used to load some volatile and noxious products. Vapors are collected via a sealing hood which can be externally lining in Viton or EPDM to improve sealing qualities.

The balance system incorporates a pneumatic control cylinder to ensure the sealing hood pressing onto the manhole as a precondition before loading.

This style loading arm is specially designed for loading barrel on the truck, the-re is a oil gun at the end of the arm, the operator holds the oil gun to load the barrel. It has two models: DN50 and DN40 .

In this loading arm both the swivel joints and pipelines are jacket structure. The return vapor can pass through the jacket to the outlet flange, the advantage of which is that the operation is easier than the loading arm with return vapor pipe. It can be operated as a single pipeline loading arm as well.

This style of unloading arm can often be used to unload gasoline, diesel oil and some light oil. It can avoid the product pressure in the pipeline lower than the critical gas saturated when the environment temperature is high in hot area. It is a pneumatic control system, so 0.4-0.6Mpa air supply is required at the site.

The efficiency of the hydraulically powered unloading arm is higher than the pneumatically powered, but it requires an electric power supply at site, and the hydraulic station can be put on or bellow the platform. The pump lift is 6m and 4m

All the material of the arm is aluminum alloy or pure aluminum. The total weight is less than 20 kg, and the operator can take the arm away after loading. It is often used for military purposes.

This system utilises a common base riser, the bottom loading arm has a liquid and vapor return line for side or rear connections to the tank truck. It is often used for the LPG or Ammonia products. It can be fitted with quick release coupler which will enhance safety and environmental protection as well.

This is the most common style used around china for loading the trucks and rail cars; it can be operated easily and neatly. Now it’s widely used in oil transporting station and chemical factory. It mainly consists of the base riser, inboard arm, outboard arm, drop pipe, balance system and so on.

The inlet flange direction of this arm is upward.Other structures are the same as type T01

This style arm is typically used to load and unload trucks or railcars. The structure is different from the previous two styles.

StructureIt mainly consists of hydraulic loading arm system, drawing system and central control system. The hydraulic loading arm system is one of the key systems, and it composes of elevating device, stretching device, hydraulic station and a movable car. The elevating device helps to push the elevating pipe close to the bottom of the railcar, and it is operated hydraulically. The drawing device is made up of transmission device, a little movable car, chain transmission device, tension device and an idler roller. The drawing device helps guide the railcar moving forward and backward in order to roughly fit the opening of the oil tank to the loading arm.
